BLIS, Bachelor of Arts (Library & Information Sciences Group) - Overseas Pakistanis

There are four semester in BLIS program. Total program fee is approx US$1600 to US$1700. Registration fee is $10 only which will be paid with admission fee in the first semester. Each course fee is approx US$110. BLIS students have to take 06 full credit courses which are compulsory while two credit courses can be selected from the list of Elective Courses of the BLIS Group. Admission in course code 466 History of Libraries with Reference to Pakistan & course code 467 Classification & Cataloging will be granted to those students who will successfully passed these two courses i.e course code *422 Organizing Library Resources & Course code *423 Library Services.

Instructions for BLIS Students

• In 04 semesters students will must complete 08 credit courses. Students can take 02 Full credit courses in each semester.
• Admission in BLIS offered to Intermediate certificate holders or equivalent from the recognized board / university. Attested copies of pass certificates and marks sheets showing that you passed all compulsory courses of Matric & Inter level should attached with the admission form otherwise admission will not be granted. Moreover semester wise result card copies will not be accepted.
