Admission Forms submission procedure
Admission forms along with the required fee can be submitted at the nationwide branches of Habib Bank Ltd. First Women Bank, Bank Alfalah, Allied Bank, and at the designated branches of National Bank of Pakistan & Muslim Commercial Bank. - Students are advised to submit their fees to the bank on their own.

Admissions forms for AIOU Continuing Students
Admission Forms have already been dispatched to university continued students. However if somehow any student yet not received their admission form then he or she can download it from the AIOU website and should deposit the fee in any designated branch of the nominated bank latest by the due date to avoid late fee charges.
