Allama Iqbal Open University F.A General Group / I.Com / Dars e Nizami Programs

AIOU F.A General Group, I.Com (Intermediate in Commerce) and FA Dars e Nezaami Group are three main intermediate / Higher Secondary School Certificate Level Programmes. These programs are equal to 12 years of education and students who had already passed Matric or equal to 10 years of education are eligible to get admission based on terms and conditions and criteria designed by the university. A same type of prospectus of AIOU consisting separate details of Secondary (Matric), Higher Secondary School Certificate (FA) and Bachelor (B.A) General and other groups programmes is available from AIOU main campus, regional offices, banks and nominated sale points at very minimal cost. 

AIOU FA Admission Criteria, Admission Form & Bank Challan

Student who wish to join AIOU F.A level programmes should buy the prospectus and fill the admission form along-with bank challan slips and accompanying supporting documents deposit in nominated banks. These forms and details of fee and banks including admission criteria exists in the prospectus so read it properly. 

(1) F.A General Group 

This is higher secondary School Certificate (Equal to 12 years) of education program. Student who had passed their Matric (Equal to 10 years) of education can obtained admission if they full fill other conditions and meet the admission criteria. Student of F.A General Group have to study 04 semesters and should pass 08 credit courses to get their final F.A Certificate.

(2) F.A Dars e Nizami Group (Sanwia Khasa)

This is also a higher secondary School Certificate (Equal to 12 years) of education program. Student who had passed their Matric (Dars e Nizami) or Matric with Sanwia Aama are recommended to take admission if they qualifying based on criteria explained by AIOU in the prospectus. Student of F.A Dars e Nizami Group have to study 04 semesters and should pass 08 credit courses to get their final F.A Certificate in Dars Nizami.

(3) AIOU I.Com (Intermediate in Commerce) 

AIOU I.Com program is Equal to 12 years of education and best for those who want to make their careers and financial activities and wish to join a financial institutions. Matric passed students can obtained admission subject to meet the all requirements mentioned in admission instructions into the prospectus in sufficient details. I.Com group is a 04 semesters program and students should pass 08 credit courses to get their I.Com Certificate.
