Instructions for continued Students
On the backside of admission form of continuing students of Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad very useful instructions are given in simple and easy words of Urdu language as shown in below image:
All instructions are important so students should read it carefully which will help you to understand that this form is only for AIOU continuing students of a program and want to enroll themselves in next semester. This form is not for completer of a program or applicants seeking fresh admission so they should get a new form that comes with the prospectus.
Courses should write according to choices given in the enclosed letter, using other student's form or photocopy of this form is not permitted in either case admissions will be canceled. Program fee through bank draft, postal or money order is not acceptable and the university is not responsible in this case. select only allowed courses, In case of any correction needed in your name, father name or other particulars then download the relevant form from the AIOU website and forward it to the admission department with necessary documents, etc.
View of Admission Form a B.Ed Continuing Student
The below is the front side of the admission form already filled with your personal biodata including Student Name, Father Name, Roll No, and Registration No. Name of Course, CNIC. What you need only to fill courses for the next semester with course code which you will be select from letter receive with the form and your signature, amount, mailing address, etc. A sample of filled form is given below:

On this side of the letter, you will see the detail of amount for all credit hours courses, technology fee amount, cost of admission form, courier charges, duration of a semester, the total amount required to be paid in the bank through bank challan and this letter would be signed by an officer/Assistant Registrar of AIOU.
If not received Admission Form from University
Mostly AIOU mailing section dispatch computerized admission forms to enrolled students with necessary information fee details etc as above explained. However, if anyone not received so he or she should download it from AIOU official website.
A window screen asking your roll number will be displayed just put your roll number and press Submit. When you press submit an admission form filled your data already will be shown so print out and deposit bank fee and submission your admission form in the allowed bank. Must remember to do it before the last date and the date and stamp of the bank should be ensured as well.
