Admission Form Filling Instructions

(1). Read prospectus thoroughly.

(2). Read instructions printed on the admission form

(3). Must see the last page of the Admission form to get an idea from a sample filled form.

(4). Start filling admission form carefully

(5). Write group name of a course like FA (General Group), FA Dars e Nizami Group or Associate Degree in Commerce etc.

(6). Write the name of subjects with codes, complete and accurate postal address for receiving books, tutor letter, date sheet, result cards and all types of correspondence. Also mention your email and mobile number to get information on SMS. 

(7). Attach pictures without attestation and photocopies of required documents like CNIC, domicile and academic records duly attested along-with admission form.

(8). Fill accurate amount in Bank challan according to fee structure & registration/admission charges given in prospectus at Fee Section page. Keep in mind if you write or deposit less fee then admission will not be granted or admission delayed due to this objection. 

Admission Application Submission

You have to fill the admission form with full of care and attention in light of instructions given on admission form. Once you filled your form online / offline submit it to the nearest bank branch authorized by AIOU. Name of banks for fee and admission deposit mentioned in a relevant program prospectus. 

Admission Confirmation Status
