Process of End Term Assessment (ETA) Allama Iqbal Open University

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) is to hold an end-term assessment as a final examination and it has decided by the management to do not take final papers in examination halls due to the current pandemic of COVID-19. Assessment papers have been dispatched to all enrolled students at their postal addresses if anyone still not received then that student can download it from the official website of the university by entering his/her roll number.

Guidelines for AIOU End-Term Assessment

These are guidelines issued by the university that must be followed to successfully attempt the final end term assessment. First of all, you should read all instructions thoroughly and keep it in mind that it's a different type of project/assignment or test:

1. Only handwritten answer copies on A4 size paper will be entertained and considered.  Therefore don't waste your time in typing or developing computer-based printed sheets because now your handwriting will be matched with the previous examination papers. Different handwriting is not allowed. 

All four questions are compulsory and each question carries 25 marks.

2. You are advised in the instructions to keep your answers specific, to the point and concise.

3. In addition to using AIOU books & material, keep in mind that you must give references to open sources when you included it in your answers.  A list of sources/attributes should be mentioned at the end of each question. 

Where to Send Solved End term Assignments?

4. By hand delivery of is not permitted therefore send back your AIOU solved end-term-assessment paper at the given address through a registered / couriers postal services and keep the delivery receipt in a safe place which may be needed in future correspondence with the university. 

5. Students of MBA, M.A/BS Islamiat, M.A Education/ M.Ed (All), M.Com, M.A Urdu, Diploma TEFL, M.Sc. Mass Communication, M.A Pak studies MA History, MLIS, M.Sc. Sociology, B.Ed All Programs (New), M.Sc. Economics, BS English, Urdu, Pakistan Studies, BSLIS will send their solved papers to the concerned Regional Office.

6. Solved ETA of M.A Arabic, M.Sc. Administrative Studies, M.Sc. Sustainable Design, MA EPM, MBA Executive/MPA Executive, M.Sc. Forestry, M.Sc. Environmental Design, M.Sc Public Nutrition, BS Accounting and Finance, Diploma in Women Studies, BS in Arabic, BS Gender Studies MSc. TV Production, M.Sc. Women Studies, BBA, BS in Industrial Design MSc Agriculture Extension, MSc Rural Development, MSc in Livestock Management, B.S Mass Communication, PGD diploma programs Entrepreneurship, HRM, SCM, Diet and Nutrition, Early Childhood Education, ELM, EPM, Environmental Design, Computer Science, Population Design and PGD in Criminology programs students should submit their solved end assessments ETA to the Secrecy Branch, Block No.18, Exam Department AIOU Islamabad

7. Students should attach 03 perts property filled with the solved ETA. Make sure your signature and rollno on each page.

8. Plagiarism or just copied from books is not allowed. Therefore generate new and innovative ideas and narrate your answers in a simple and concise format that should reflect your concept clarity about an asked question.

9. Send your AIOU end-term-assessment before the last date otherwise will not be accepted.
