AIOU does not issue any degree / provisional certificate on the basis of result cards from any university or board it means if you completed a course from AIOU then you will be awarded a relevant degree or certificate.
To get your degree or certificates you have to fill the above-given form and sent it to the degree section of the university for further process.
You should carefully mention your all details on the first page like Your name, father's name, AIOU Registration number, your Group (For Matric, F.A, B.A) Fee / Bank Challan No. date of deposit, Bank Name & Code. Name of courses you have passed, under which role number, obtained marks.
Before appearing in viva voce all course work must have been done and verified by the assistant deputy controller in this form if you have passed in viva voce then put it passing date. Declaration by you that all provided information by you in the form is true and attested copies of my supporting documents results cards are mine etc. Signature of a student, Return address (Student own address) with his or her name, Father Name, Complete address.
Fee for issuance of Degree / Diploma / Transcript will only be accepted through Challan paid in the AIOU nominated Bank's branch. Therefore (Original) Bank Challan including other documents should be submitted with the application form. Moreover if not paid any exam fee now pay it including the degree / Certificate fee so your outstanding dues will be paid to avoid any objection in the issuance of the final degree / Diploma or transcript.
All degrees / Certificates and PC / DMC will be dispatched to the candidate's postal address through registered Dak and will not be given by hand.
Students of B.Com, B.E.T, BBA, International Marketing, MBA must attach original Internship Certificate otherwise degree will not be issued. Whereas Students of M.A Mass Communication submit their internship report to their concerned department. Required Course work including educational Certificates must be verified by the Assistant / Deputy Controller before appearing in Viva Voce. Must write down Viva Voce result passing date.
Please note that according to university policy after submission of the application form along with all requisite documents Original Degree, Certificate or Diploma will be issued within the duration of 02 years on your turn. 02 Years duration will be count from the date of submission of application for issuance of degree, certificate, or diploma. Definitely, some of you want to get your diploma / Degree / Certificate on an urgent basis then you have to pay an Urgent fee which is double in amount to the normal fee.
If any student's name is not included in the completer provision result he or she has to submit an application form for issuance of a provisional degree / Certificate according to the procedure mentioned in the application form. University will be issued the student's provisional certificate / DMC but incomplete applications without complying with instructions will be rejected and returned back to the students. If any student has any type of complaint regarding Provisional Degree / Certificate then he or she inform the university within 30 days from the date of issuance of degree / provisional certificate as the university will not be responsible to rectify any problem after lapsing one month.
Students have to pay a double fee for correction in name or whatever type of rectification or correction in degree or certificate. AIOU degree verification fee is Rs. 200/- PKR and the same fee for Certificate verification.

Exempted (Duplicate) Diploma/Degree/Marks Sheet, Provisional Certificate
This will be issued in case of loss of degree or diploma and you should attach newspaper cutting, FIR (Original) Copy, Your Statement on Rs. 20 Stamp Paper attested by Oath Commissioner (Notary Public) attach all these documents including CNIC, attested photocopies of Matric, F.A, B.A etc and fee according to the program.
