You will be eligible to apply for your Certificate / Degree after you completed all requirements of certificate and degree i.e. passing in assignments, workshops and final examination etc. Application form for issuance of final certificate or degree is available on Allama Iqbal Open University website under the download tab.
Before submission of the application for issuance of Degree of Certificate for a program you must keep in mind the instructions given on the application form. Application form is a two sided form on the front students who cleared a program are required to write the name of program, student name with father or husband name, AIOU Registration No. Group Name (for Matric & FA and B.A Students), amount of fee with Challan No. and date of deposited including name of bank. After filling this information you are required to fill the name of courses you passed with course code, roll No and semester. Attached the following documents with the application form also:
- Original Bank Draft
- Attested photocopy of CNIC
- Attested copies of Certificates and result cards
Fill Application form carefully, deposit the prescribed fee. At the end write your postal address properly so that the certificate and degree will reach easily to your given address. and submit this application to the following address:
