8608 Teaching Practice-II Site Approval Form Download

In B.Ed 8608 Teaching Practice-II the first target is the submission of Site Approval Form to the respective AIOU regional office at least four weeks prior to starting teaching practicum in a school. So it is the responsibility of B.Ed's student to select an appropriate site/school for their practicum work. Then students should fill the site approval form on the prescribed format. The format is available in the Teaching practice manual on page no. 26 as well as below in this post:

In this form you have to write your Name, AIOU Registration Number, Name & address of School (where you want to do practicum) Phone number of School, Name of Principal or Head Teacher Name. The trainee teacher will dispatch this filled form to the Regional Center / Office of Allama Iqbal Open University. Then they will issue a Teacher Practicum Letter on the name of Head of School to facilitate the student/trainee teacher to smoothly perform their work in that school to fulfill the B.Ed Course Requirement.
